- Day 1 (Departure from Howrah and Arrival at Bhitarkanika): Board the train from Howrah station in the morning. Reach Bhadrak at 10:30 a.m. After freshening up at the station, depart for Kassturi Kon ghat by non-air-conditioned coach. From Kasturi Kon, take a country boat across the river and check into the lodge around 2 PM. Finish your lunch. Spend the evening on the banks of the Bramhani River, or explore a local village.
